Description
One key goal of St. Alphonsus Liguori, founder of the Redemptorists, was to help people learn how to pray. He also had a profound love for the holy Eucharist. Praying before meals is an excellent way to connect the everyday experience of a meal to the Real Presence of the Lord in our daily lives. These prayers are inspired by the spirituality of the Redemptorists and emphasize the gift of our redemption in Christ and our call to serve the poor among us no matter what our vocation is.
