AFTER THE STORM
“Sometimes we are tested, not to show our weaknesses,
but to discover our strengths.”
~ Vic Morales ~
There comes a point in life when we stop counting the storms, not because they didn’t matter,
but because we begin to understand how they have shaped us.
When we look back, we don’t just see the hard times. We see how much stronger we’ve become,
the patience we’ve learned when things were difficult and the courage to keep going when life
felt tough.
Those sleepless nights, the tears hidden behind tired smiles, the moments when we wonder if
we have anything left – they are not signs of weakness. They are signs that we kept going.
They are proof that something within us refuses to give up.
When we reflect on who we have become, we may realise the storms did not take everything
from us. Instead, they can reveal what was already there – resilience, depth and a strength
greater than we ever imagined.
In the end, the storms do not define our lives. They help us discover who we are.

Dear God, thank You for walking beside us through every storm.
Help us to see that our struggles don’t define us, but can make
us stronger and give us hope to keep going. Amen.
