FROM HURT TO HOPE
“A healthy relationship will never require you to sacrifice
your friends, your dreams, or your dignity.”
~ Dinkar Kalotra ~
Life can feel heavy when someone close causes pain or makes it hard to feel safe.
Taking steps to protect oneself or reach out for help can feel overwhelming, and
that’s completely understandable. Even small actions, like talking to someone
trusted or setting simple boundaries, take real courage.
Support from family, friends or caring communities can help lighten the burden.
Sharing feelings, accepting help and taking time to heal are important, even
if progress feels slow.
Every choice to take care of oneself, no matter how small, is a victory. Moving
toward safety, making decisions that feel right and finding reasons to keep
going are ways to slowly rebuild strength, confidence and a future filled
with peace and respect.

Lord, please help anyone experiencing abuse, neglect or hurt in a relationship.
Give them the courage to reach out for help, the wisdom to take safe steps
and the reassurance that they are loved and valued. Amen.
