This is a story about two people who grew up in different parts of Victoria. They had long and separate associations with The Majellan and were destined to eventually meet and marry.

Recently an ABC journalist commented on News Breakfast that one of the young producers didn’t know that John Lennon was dead. “It’s a generational thing,” she said. She hastened to add that the producer possessed knowledge she didn’t have.
